Es ist soweit: Dienstagabend fliege ich nach Santiago de Chile. Ein halbes Jahr und länger habe ich mich drauf gefreut, zwei Wochen Spanisch gelernt, eine Nacht Abschied gefeiert, einen Tag lang auskuriert und jetzt sogar noch gepackt - ich bin bereit. In Santiago erwartet mich Tillmann, mein Brüderlein, der dort sein Auslandssemester verbringt. Gemeinsam mit ihm und seiner Freundin Teresa bereise ich in den nächsten zwei Monaten Nordchile, Bolivien und Peru (rote Route auf der Karte links). Falls ich danach weiterhin in Reiselaune bin, geht's nach Argentinien, insbesondere auch zu einem jungen Familienvater, mit dem ich daeinst die Schulbank teilte, und nach Brasilien zu Leandro, einem brasilianischen Freund, der in Deutschland promoviert (blaue Route).
